Liability Statement – Taylor Made Outcomes

General advice

Any advice provided by Taylor Made Outcomes, outside of our scope of Plan Management and Support Coordination services, is general in nature and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or financial advice.

Delays beyond our control

Taylor Made Outcomes will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under a Service Agreement where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example: government actions, system outages, or other unforeseen circumstances).

Accuracy of information you provide

We rely in good faith on the information provided by Participants and/or their Nominated Representatives to be true and accurate. Any claims, invoices, or documentation submitted to Taylor Made Outcomes are taken to be a true reflection of goods and services provided in line with the NDIS Guidelines (National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013).

What you acknowledge

By engaging Taylor Made Outcomes, you (and/or your Nominated Representative) acknowledge that:

• Taylor Made Outcomes provides Plan Management and Support Coordination services only.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the actions, conduct, or service delivery of third parties (including NDIS registered or unregistered providers).
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages you may suffer, except in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct by Taylor Made Outcomes.

Limits on our liability

Our aggregate liability under or in connection with a Service Agreement (whether in contract, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise) will not exceed the total amount of fees paid to Taylor Made Outcomes for Plan Management services in the preceding 12 months.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer removes or limits your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 – Schedule 2).
