Accessibility Statement
Accessibility Statement
Taylor Made Outcomes supports people living with disability. It would be a poor sort of provider that made its own website hard to use, so we take accessibility seriously and we would rather hear about a problem than have you struggle with it quietly.
This page explains what we aim for, where we currently fall short, and how to get anything on this site in a form that works for you.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at Level AA. This is the standard recommended by the Australian Human Rights Commission, and it supports our obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.
In practice that means we work to make sure the site can be used with a keyboard alone, read aloud by a screen reader, resized without breaking, and read comfortably by people with low vision or colour blindness.
Where we are now
We are working towards full conformance rather than claiming we have arrived. Most of the site meets the standard. Some parts do not yet, and we would rather say so plainly than tell you everything is fine.
Known gaps we are aware of and working on:
- Videos from the NDIS. Some pages include videos published on the official NDIS YouTube channel. Captions and audio description on those videos are controlled by the NDIS, not by us. If a video is not accessible to you, contact us and we will talk you through the content directly.
- Documents. Some policy documents are provided as PDFs, and not every PDF is fully readable by screen reader software. Ask us and we will provide the same information in another format.
- Images. A small number of images on the site do not yet have text descriptions. We are working through these.
If you strike something not listed here, please tell us. It helps.
Getting information another way
You do not have to use this website to deal with us. Everything here is available another way.

Easy Read and other formats
If you need one of our policies in Easy Read, ask us and we will arrange it, at no cost to you.
If you need anything else on this site in a different format, tell us what would work for you and we will do our best to provide it.
If you are deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment
Contact us through the National Relay Service on 133 677, or at relayservice.gov.au.
If you would prefer to speak in another language
Call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450 and ask them to call us.
Telling us about a problem
If any part of this website is difficult to use, we want to know. You can reach us by phone, by email, or through our contact form.
It helps if you can tell us the page you were on and what you were trying to do, but do not worry if you cannot — get in touch anyway and we will work it out.
We aim to respond within seven business days.
If you would prefer to raise it formally, you can use our complaints process. Raising an accessibility problem will never affect the supports you receive from us.
If you are not satisfied with our response
You have the right to take the matter further. Complaints about disability discrimination can be made to the Australian Human Rights Commission at humanrights.gov.au or by calling 1300 656 419.
