Erin works part time at Taylor Made Outcomes and loves being part of a team that supports participants and families in a practical, personal way.
With a background in hospitality management, Erin understands the value of being welcoming, approachable, and easy to talk to. She has spent much of her career supporting people, solving problems, and going the extra mile to make sure they feel heard and looked after.
Erin is also a qualified Girl Guide leader, where she supports young women to build confidence and be the best version of themselves in a safe and encouraging environment.
She brings lived experience from both her family and professional life, along with strong customer service skills. In her role as Participant Engagement Officer, Erin is often one of the friendly voices helping people feel supported as they connect with Taylor Made Outcomes and the NDIS.
