Nicole Ryan – Plan Manager
Nicole holds a part-time role within the Plan Management team and enters the NDIS Industry with a Corporate Banking background.
Nicole has a passion for detail and getting things right, which includes getting invoices paid in a timely and compliant manner. She hopes her contribution to Taylor Made Outcomes can help participants have a pleasant NDIS experience, while making the most out of their NDIS funding. She also hopes to build and maintain strong relationships with local providers.
Nicole has been living in the Illawarra for the past 20 years and enjoys being a Mum of two.
Jade Bissett
Admin Assistant
Jade Bissett, Admin Assistant for Taylor Made Outcomes.
Jade works full time in the office, greeting people at the door, communicating with people, answering calls, tracking down answers and general help with other tasks.
If she isn’t on the front desk, she is working within the plan management team processing invoices and learning about the finance side of the NDIS, which she thoroughly enjoys.
Jade has also worked as a learn to swim instructor, supporting children living with a disability to learn to swim.
Siarn Rowcliff
Admin Assistant
Siarn Rowcliff, Admin Assistant for Taylor Made Outcomes
Siarn works part time in the office, greeting people who come to the door, answering enquiries over the phone, and tracking down answers when needed. Siarn has bubbly personality and is always open to assisting with any enquiry either on the phone or person. When not at the Taylor Made office, Siarn is studying to become a primary school teacher at the University of Wollongong.
Siarn has a passion for working with children and enjoys the company of the office dog’s Asher and Willis on her days in the office.
