Amy Calver – Specialist Support coordination for Taylor Made Outcomes
Amy has completed both her postgraduate Master’s of Social Work and her undergraduate Bachelor of Psychological Science at the University of Wollongong. Amy prides herself in upholding the core components of social work with a strong focus on person-led and strength-based approaches. Amy’s goal is to ensure that all individuals who engage are provided with quality and personalised support.
Amy has been working within the NDIS space since its launch in 2017 and has a robust understanding and passion within the mental health sector. She was directly involved with the transition of the Partners in Recovery program closure to ensure all individuals received appropriate support in the NDIS or mainstream space.
Amy has expressed her desire to work with anyone within the local area, with a particular interest in connective tissues/genetic disorders and complex psychosocial disabilities. She understands that all experiences are individualised and therefore an important component of support is learning and listening to your personal experience.
In her time away from work, Amy has a 1-year-old White Swiss Shepherd, Nynx, and spends her time with him either training, exploring or going on adventures.
