Specialist Support Coordination
Specialist Support Coordination is placed into a participants plan, where there are multiple complex and competing support needs in the persons life.
Mandy Drain is registered to deliver Specialist Support Coordination for Taylor Made Outcomes, having provided over 25 years of service and support to people living with disability and will work alongside you to reduce any barriers faced during the implementation of your NDIS funding.
While support coordinators will help you plan and implement your capacity building programs, in-home supports and community inclusion programs.
Specialist support coordination will help if you have additional or more complex needs that can be funded by the NDIS. Mandy will assist you to navigate challenges in your current environment which may include health, education, or justice services.
